TALENT & ASSESSMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities : to develop and implement talent management program with relation to other section in HR, manage talent pool monitoring and reporting, and act as internal assessor for internal talent assessment


Requirements :

    * At least Bachelor Degree in psychology, especially a psychologist, max 30
       years of age
    * Having experiences in human resource area is preferable
    * High proficiency of computer (MS Office) and related equipment
    * Certification in assessment center or competency based assessment will
       be an advantage
    * Energetic, self motivated, strong interpersonal skill with high willingness
       to learn
    * Fluent in English both in written and spoken
