Requirements:

    * Having min. 2 years experience in same position
    * Possess good communication and good leadership skills
    * Good command of written and spoken English
    * Good understanding on compensation, benefits, worker’s compensation,
       employee relations, and recruitment.
    * To ensure staff comply with the hotel policies and procedures as well as
       government regulations pertaining to employment practice
    * Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and 
       training abilities.
