Required Qualifications and Skills:

    * Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
    * At least 3 years experience in SME/Commercial Lending within a full
       service bank, preferably within a Risk Management role
    * A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general
       law relating to lending and securities
    * Sound financial analysis skills
    * Ability to command a PCAA commensurate with the role
    * Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to
       manage risk in a commercial environment
    * Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill
    * Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships
       with business partners
    * PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
    * Proficient in written and spoken English
