INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER (IBM) & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT (IBC)

1. INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER (IBM)

Responsibility :
    * Generate sales from direct selling, brokers, and also referral agent to
      corporate clients
    * Develop and maintain good relationship with clients, brokers, and agents
    * Initiate and design programs to promote insurance products for
       Institutional Business channel.

Requirements:
    * Bachelor degree from any disciplines
    * 30-37 years old
    * Minimum 5 years in corporate sales area from insurance or banking
       industry
    * Strong Interpersonal relationship skill, presentation skill, and selling skill
    * Has broad network
    * Result oriented, innovative, and dynamic



2. INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT (IBC)

Requirements:
    * Male / Female between 28 - 35 years
    * Bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA 2.75
    * Overseas graduate & Financial Institution Experience would be  
       advantage
    * Willing to travel within or outside of Jakarta
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
    * Fluent in English

3. CUSTOMER RELATIONS

General Requirements:   
    * Male / Female, 25 - 30 years old
    * Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University
    * Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service area (experience in
      Insurance / Finance industry will be an advantage)
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Have excellent phone manner
    * Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word



4.  FINANCIAL SERVICE ADVISOR (FSA)

Offer customer variety of options on Sequislife products that cater to their future financial needs.

Requirements:
    * 22 – 30 years old
    * Diploma / Bachelor degree graduate from any discipline
    * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1 year experience in Sales-Marketing  
      area will be an advantage
    * Good communication and interpersonal skill
    * Target oriented
