Qualification:

    * Single, Male/Female max. 27 years old.
    * Bachelor Degree (S1), in Psikologi, Manajemen or Education
    * Minimum 4 years experiences in recruitment, training and development
    * Ability to analize requirements of vacant positions and establish the
       appropriate tools used for the selection process
    * Understand the technical education and training, be able to evaluate the
       effectiveness of training
    * Creative and Inovative
    * Have background and interest in Medical Service & Health Care   .     
       Industries is preferable
    * Target Oriented
    * Fluent in English both written and spoken
