- HR Department Head (HRD)
Requirement :
* Male
* S1 HR Management / Industrial Engineer / Law from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years in the same position in manufacturing company
* Age 40 - 48 years, in good health
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well independently and able
to work under pressure
* Good verbal and written communication in English
* Computer literate
2. HR Training Coordinator (HRTC)
Analyze and coordinate all internal and external training needs, to achieve targets and improve human resources skills
Requirement :
* S1-Psychology / Business Administration major preferred
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in manufacturing
company
* Age 30 - 35 years
* Computer literate ( open office )
* Highly motivated, team player and able to work under pressure for
meeting the target
