HR (Recruitment) Manager/Executive

Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment of all Indonesia roles – this includes getting the job
brief from the hiring manager, to sourcing (including direct and internet
research / sourcing, and jobsite advertising), interviewing and
shortlisting,
* Develop and manage relationships with renowned universities in
Indonesia with the view to enhance the image of the company.
* Manage all staffing related projects that may arise from time to time in
the local context
* Manage recruitment administrative duties including scheduling
candidates for interviews, sending out regret letters, managing
candidates’ database, raising purchase requisitions for recruitment
conducted by search firms, and managing the paperwork relating to
recruitment advertisements.
* Handle all HR activities for the company
* Performed ad-hoc activities as assigned that may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
* 2-4 years of HR/recruitment experience
* Excellent written and spoken in English
* Detailed, process-minded with the ability to perform multitasking
* Flexible, creative and manage to work in a fast-pace and challenging
environment
