REQUIREMENTS:

    * Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human
       Resource Management or related field.
    * Having 1-2 years of working experience in compensation administration
    * Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
    * English literacy, proficient PC skills, result oriented, and energetic.
    * Expert in Microsoft Excel formula
