PT. POSCO – IJPC is a joint venture company between POSCO, Daewoo International, and ADR Group, located at Karawang International Industrial City – Karawang, West Java.
The company’s main business are processing (slitting & shearing) and selling of steel sheet in coils, mainly to automotive and electrical companies.
We are now hiring highly qualified candidates to work at KARAWANG for the following position:

MARKETING EXECUTIVE STAFF (Code:MES)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Manages, maintains and services current customers
    * Develops and implements marketing strategic plan as to Increase product
       sales and new customers
    * Ensures customer requirements and or inquiries are well communicated
    * Improves company images
    * Gives recommendation / input to Manager in developing marketing plan
    * Ensure effective control of marketing results
    * Prepares marketing activity report
    * Other marketing related duties

General Requirements:

    * Male, S1 Degree from reputable University
    * Energetic, self motivated and hard worker
    * Good communication skills and strong negotiation capacity
    * Good personality with excellent service attitude
    * Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing
       opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
    * Effective spoken and written English
    * Fluency in computer literacy is a must
    * Able to work underpresure and working overtime
    * Has working experience in the Steel related business or outomotive will  
       be an advantage
    * Have personal car for operational
    * Willing to work at Karawang
