As a subsidiary of Indofood Group & one of the largest National Companies in Palm Oil Plantation and Consumer Goods, we are looking for qualified, self motivated and dynamic professionals to fill up the following position :

TRAINING STAFF

     The preferred candidate must have the following qualifications:

    * D3/ S1 in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Industrial
       Engineering.
    * Min. 2 years experience in training and development (preferably in
       agribusiness and manufacturing company)
    * Max. 27 years old
    * Mastering MS Office
    * Exellent in English (both written and spoken)
    * Excellent team working and high interpersonal skills
    * Willing to travel to all company’s operation area
