With almost 90 coating centers in more than 30 countries Oerlikon Balzers offers its customers the largest sales, service and after sales network in the industry.

Now, we seeking  a qualified and profesional candidate to full fill the postition in our company as :

HR Manager

 ( Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon 2, Cikarang )

   Qualifications:

   1. Male / Female, age max 40 years old.
   2. S1 degree in HR  Management / Law / Psychology from reputable
       university.
   3. Min 3 years in all around HR experience as HR Supervisor in any
       Industry.
   4. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and performance appraisal     
        system.
   5. Able to develop human resources strategy, policies, training,
       organizational development, employee relations, know well government
       regulation and procedures.
   6. Will be advantage ISO and 5S.
   7. Good command of communication skills, both spoken and writing in
       English.
   8. Good Leadership skills.
