We are inviting experienced & dynamic professionals with the relevant pre-requisites to join our team in Indonesia.  Exceptional opportunities offered to motivated individuals for the following position:

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

    Requirement:

    * D3/S1 from reputable university
    * Fresh Graduate with minimal GPA 1.79
    * At least 1 years of experience in cost project, Tax and general accounting
    * Having strong background and knowledge on accountancy standard,
       finance and accounting system.
    * Familiar and understand VAT report and submission
    * 1 year working experience or more (preferable in Telecommunication
       industry)
    * Good in English (oral and written)
    * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
    * A detail orientated individual with positive attitudes
    * Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and organization skills
    * Able to work independently with minimal supervision

   
     Scope of Work:
    * Preparing proper customer invoicing , VAT invoice and Invoice report list
    * Monitoring and administering AR (make sure the collectability of AR)
    * Preparing, checking and monitoring payment voucher for supplier/
       subcontractors.
    * Liase with subcontractors/ suppliers for payment
    * Responsible for finance activities such as Petty cash operational,
      preparing Bank
      reconciliation, Cash flow report, VAT reconciliation, cheque issuance,
      employee expense claims
    * Administering Fixed Assets, tracking and control capital expenditure and
       monthly depreciation calculation
    * Any other matters relating to support company’s administration function
