HR / Compensation and Benefit (Code: HR-C&B)
Requirements:
* Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Accounting / Finance /Management
background or related disciplines
* Male/Female, max. 45 years old
* Having at least 2-5 years experience in compensation & benefit area
(remuneration/payroll, or developing salary structure) in HR function
* Good knowledge on calculation Tax local and expatriate and Manpower
regulation related to remuneration and benefit Law knowledge
* Strong knowledge in salary structure and development, benefits and
compensation, surveys/benchmarking and job evaluation systems
* Good analytical and expertise with system payroll, and HR system
* Required: English proficiency (passive) & computer literacy (Microsoft
Office)
* Good Interpersonal Skills, time management and organizational skills
Responsibility:
* The position will be responsible for implementation and developing on
compensation and benefit policies area in HR function
* To supervise Payroll team in HR Payroll database management and
suggest ideas in improving the utilization of database to its maximum
* Maintain and coordinate the timely gathering of payroll required
information and process of that in efficiently
* Supervise and developing the salary grading structure base on leveling
position within the company
* Manage efficiently the monthly reporting needs of the company in a
timely and efficient manner (headcount, over hours, turnover,
absenteeism, salary cost, and salary structure)
* Maintain and coordinate the gathering of necessary information for the
headcount and salary yearly budgeting exercise and process this
efficiently and accurately
* Implement and maintain the job evaluation process in the company
* Coordinate the update for labor books, personnel files on manual or HR
system
* Prepares monthly payroll calculation including gross reconciliation,
payroll distribution, journal entry and payroll slip distribution
* Prepares monthly process of employee taxes (Pph 21), jamsostek,
insurance company, and others benefit: leave, medical claim record and
others benefit
