Requirements :

    * Female/Male, 27-35 years
    * Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ HR Management/ FKIP
    * Experience in Human Resources with minimum 3 years (preferable in Recruitment & Training)
    * Able to handle recruitment, selection & assessment of manpower needs in order to sustain business expansion.
    * Able to identify training development needs of all employees, has experience as a trainer would be an advantage
    * Able to handle employee development matters, designing career path of employee
    * Excellent knowledge of people learning & development and organizational development
    * Communication skill in English is a must
    * Good team players
