Report to Head of Training Department, this position will be responsible for:

   1. Identifying learning style and learning needs of participants and         

       ensuring participants understand all training materials.
   2. Delivering training programs.
   3. Making all reports related to training programs.

Qualifications:

    * Min Bachelor Degree, any major.
    * Min 3 years experiences as Trainer, experienced as Trainer of Sales & 

       Marketing subject will be preferred.
    * Having good skill in selling, communication and Interpersonal.
    * Having experiences in developing training modules and training 

       programs.
    * Familiar in using Ms Office (especially Ms. Word & Ms. Power Point)
    * Willing to work in West Jakarta (Kebon Jeruk area) and mobile.
