HR SPECIALIST (HRSP)

Responsibilities :

    * Process payroll and assist the medical benefits implementation for all 

       employees (Compensation and benefits)
    * Work together with department Manager for the manpower 

       requirements, source applicants, and conduct new employee orientation 

       (Recruitment)
    * Work with department Head for Performance Management
    * Maintain employee training records, summary analyze training results 

       and feedback
    * Maintain employee relations



Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in business preferably in Personnel/Human Resources 

       Management
    * 5 years extensive experience in all areas of HRM
    * Above average interpersonal skills
    * Above average pral and written communication skills
    * Computer literacy
    * Analytical skills
