Qualifications:
   1. Max 30 years old
   2. Min Bachelor Degree (S1)  (profession certified are preferable)
   3. Having experience in the related field is required for this position
   4. Familiar with Psychological test, such as administration & scoring.
   5. Familiar with assessment tools or having certification for DISC, MBTI,
       SHL, etc.
   6. Familiar with interview method & technique
   7. Wide networking and Data base (HRIS)
   8. Fluent in English, both oral and written
   9. Good appearance, have a good personality with excellent
       communication, pleasant performance, high sense of responsibility and
        sense of belonging
  10. Possess strong leadership, multitasking, and high energy
