HR GENERALIST
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment,
compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
2. Review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and short listed
candidate.
3. Preparing, process and distribute payroll.
4. Design and conduct new employee training and orientations.
5. Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between
employees and insurance carriers.
6. Provide assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and
documentation.
7. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural
problems and inquiries.
8. Maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and
manual filing systems.
9. Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
10. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource
Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* 5+ years experiences as HR generalist
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
* Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR
arena
* Strong industrial relations skills and employee relations skills
* Strong supervisor and coaching skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software
