Qualification

    * Max. 45 years old
    * Male/Female
    * S-1 Law/Economic
    * Have Experience min 5 years in same position in well known company in Indonesia.
    * Good knowledge and skill in (preferred in Refinery or Food Industry) :

       1. Plan and control personnel and general affair activities, and doing operational function  of legal and industrial relation in order to achieve company’s objectives.
       2. Relation with Government Office and other parties
       3. In Law related to company

    * Accurate and Detail
    * Good Corresponds and Reporting with Senior Management regarding any financial decisions that are made
    * Good interpersonal and communication skills
    * Able Speak In English both oral & Written
    * Able to speak Mandarin is preferred
    * Good leadership and can work under pressure
    * Willing to work at factory environment at Jakarta

    * Direct report to Training manager
    * Analyze, Develop and Execute innovative training based on customer
       need.
    * Create annual training programs
    * Consistent to monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training
       program by powerful feedback from customer.
    * Creating Monthly Operation Report (MOR)
    * Enhance customer skill and knowledge especially about investment.
    * Have a great relationship with customer to make a powerful teamwork.
    * Develop a systematic training based on customer classification.
    * Role-play for evaluating SPV delegates program.
    * Filing & Documentation (i.e. attendance list, evaluation report)


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    * Experience in investment products (unit link, reksadana)
    * 3 years expereince as trainer in banking or insurance industry
    * Certified Financial Planner + Waperd
    * Prefferably have certificate train the trainer
    * Male/Female, 25 - 35 years old
    * Bachelor degree in any field
    * Energetic and well presented
    * Good english proficiency

Responsibilities:

    * To Develop & implementation of treasury policies, processes, reports and
       controls for Business Units and the Group;
    * To Review & monitoring Cash Flow of Units (Forecast & Realization);
    * To Prepare consolidated Cash Flow for the Group;
    * To Review Annual budget and capex requirement;
    * To Monitor loan facilities & financial risks;
    * Raising and investing fund;
    * To Develop financial policies for the Group;
    * To Maintain compliance with all policies;
    * To regulate, supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate set of
       accounting books of the firm activities in compliance with the relevant
       legislation and regulation
    * To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor
       the performance of the firm, its flow of funds, the adherence to the
       budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other
       budgetary items.
    * To timely and regularly, prepare and present financial statements and
       reports as required by Indonesian laws and regulations and by the Firm.
    * To prepare and present an annual budget, other budgets, financial
       plans, business plans, feasibility studies, and all other financial and
       business documents as may be required from time to time.
    * To alert regarding any irregularity, lack of compliance, lack of adherence,
       and problems concerning the financial systems, the financial operations,
       the financing plans etc
    * To collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of
       financial services hired or contracted by the firm, including firm
       branches, accountants, auditors, financial consultants, the banking
       system etc.
    * To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional
       relationships with the firm branches, banks, and financial institutions
       with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations and
       development plans of the firm.



Requirements:

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics,
       Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    * At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
       for this position.
    * Preferably Senior Management specializing in Finance - Corporate
       Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent/Finance Fashion
       Retail. Job role in Treasury/Corporate Finance or Others.
    * Close attention to detail
    * Broad perspective
    * Excellent English communication and negotiation ability
    * Good Presentation skill
    * Deep knowledge of banking operation and financial instruments
    * Having managed the finances of company in various sector
    * Well verse in Indonesian tax legislation and regulations.
    * Able to travel within Indonesia
